Smart Tech Contracting LLC seeks a seasoned Operations Leader to define and execute strategies across budgeting, project controls, and client engagement for mission-critical infrastructure projects in the United States.

The role requires deep expertise in large-scale delivery, ERP/PM tools, and cross-functional leadership, with travel of up to 20% to job sites and remote-work capability. A fast-paced environment awaits a proactive leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 13+ years of progressive leadership in construction management, MEP systems, building automation, or mission-critical infrastructure; 5+ years in a senior operations or director role.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, high-value projects in critical infrastructure markets (e.g., data centers, utilities, advanced manufacturing).

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and oversee operational strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Drive adoption and optimization of enterprise project management and ERP tools.
• Establish operational KPIs and ensure project delivery meets quality, schedule, and budget targets.
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis for operations.
• Review and approve major project budgets and change orders.
• Implement process improvements for financial reporting and cost control.
• Build and lead a high-performance operations team with clear performance metrics.
