Troveo is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to own the monthly close, licensor and partner payouts, receivables, and day-to-day finance operations in a fully remote role.

You'll collaborate with the CFO and management, implement scalable processes, ensure US GAAP compliance, and coordinate with contractors and Payables platforms. This role overlaps Pacific Time hours and offers remote flexibility and competitive compensation.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including ownership of the monthly close.
• Startup experience building practical processes and controls while keeping books accurate.
• Direct experience with contract-driven financial operations such as royalties and payouts.
• Strong US GAAP and revenue-recognition knowledge including deferred revenue and accruals.
• Hands-on QuickBooks experience and strong Excel skills for reconciliations.
• Clear communication with senior leaders, customers, licensors, and non-finance colleagues.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.

• Own the monthly close and deliver accurate, documented results.
• Manage licensor and partner payouts from calculation through reporting.
• Issue invoices, manage receivables, and monitor collections.
• Maintain close alignment with bank, payroll, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinate with tax advisers and manage 1099/1042-related tasks.
• Oversee spend systems, payroll administration, and finance tools.
