Ensono seeks a Senior Director, Strategy & Execution to translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives and influence executive decisions. The role sits at the heart of the Strategy team, with exposure to the CEO, ELT and board, shaping the company’s direction.

You will own the annual strategy cycle, run initiative portfolios, and drive transformation while building an AI‑enabled strategy office. This is a high‑impact, executive‑level opportunity in a remote U.S. role.

Competenze

• 10+ years in corporate strategy, strategy operations, consulting, corporate development or a chief‑of‑staff role.
• Experience running enterprise planning or strategic initiative processes across multiple functions.
• Evidence of original strategic thinking altering direction, offerings or operating model.
• Strong structured problem solving and financial fluency: business cases, P&L and EBITDA impact.
• Executive‑level communication, from memo to board summary.
• Ability to lead without authority and hold senior leaders accountable.
• Experience sitting in senior leaders’ staff meetings and guiding discussions.
• Rigorous program management habits (charters, plans, risk logs, status reporting).
