Jobgether in the United States seeks a Credit Analyst III, Specialty Lending to underwrite and analyze complex lending transactions across specialty sectors. This remote role emphasizes assets-based and non-traditional collateral, requiring strong financial modeling and risk assessment skills.

You will present detailed credit analyses to credit leadership, support senior stakeholders, and mentor junior analysts while monitoring regulatory developments to strengthen underwriting practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive credit analysis experience with specialty, structured, asset-based, or non-traditional lending preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in commercial financial statement analysis and cash flow modeling.
• Experience with asset-based lending concepts and non-traditional collateral.
• Familiarity with litigation finance fundamentals and leveraged lending.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze and underwrite complex lending transactions across specialty sectors.
• Evaluate non-traditional collateral and repayment structures.
• Build and monitor borrowing base calculations and collateral eligibility for asset-based lending facilities.
• Assess litigation finance risk including case merits and timelines.
• Evaluate sponsor experience and exit strategies in fund and leveraged lending.
• Prepare detailed credit presentations and risk assessments for senior management and loan committees.
• Analyze multi-entity structures, SPVs, and syndicated lending structures.
• Mentor junior analysts and share underwriting knowledge.
• Monitor market, regulatory developments and ensure compliance with policies.
