Jobgether seeks an experienced credit professional to evaluate and underwrite complex lending transactions across specialty sectors. This remote opportunity suits an analytical, detail-oriented professional with expertise in structured, asset-based, or non-traditional lending.

You will prepare risk assessments, support credit approvals, and help strengthen underwriting practices across the specialty lending team while mentoring junior analysts and partnering with credit leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive credit analysis experience with specialty/structured lending preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and credit structuring.
• Familiarity with receivables financing concepts and unconventional collateral.

Responsabilités

• Independently analyze and underwrite complex lending transactions across specialty sectors.
• Evaluate non-traditional collateral and repayment structures.
• Build and monitor borrowing base calculations, advance rates, and collateral eligibility.
• Assess litigation finance risks, sponsor experience, and exit strategies.
• Prepare detailed credit presentations for senior management and loan committees.
• Mentor junior analysts and share underwriting best practices.
• Track industry, legal, and regulatory developments for credit decisions.
• Ensure underwriting aligns with internal policies and risk standards.
