Job summary

Clarivate Plc is seeking a Sr. Solutions Sales Manager, Higher Education to drive growth across the US market. You will sell Web of Science, InCites, Pivot RP, and more to universities, partnering with the Academic Field Sales team.

The role focuses on product-led sales strategy, pipeline growth, and cross-sell expansion within Academic customers, with reporting to the Director of Research & Analytics Sales, Americas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
• 7+ years of experience in research platform solutions, APIs or other integration, data reports, or consultancy services to Academic clients

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for assigned products and territories within US higher education
• Identify and pursue new opportunities independently and with Account Managers
• Leverage product expertise to present value-added solutions and increase deal value
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasts
• Build strong customer relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales campaigns and campaigns
• Present activity reports, customer interactions, and closing timelines
