Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to orchestrate cross‑functional sales across utilities, communications, and infrastructure.

Based remotely in the Eastern USA, you will manage long buying cycles, build executive relationships, and translate complex customer challenges into tailored solutions that align with Honeywell’s metering, data management and analytics portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solution sales in B2B technical industries.
• Experience navigating long sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Cross-functional collaboration to design and deliver integrated solutions.
• Experience with consultative/solution selling methods (MEDDICC, Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN).

Responsibilities

• Engage multiple stakeholders to build consensus around Honeywell’s solutions.
• Develop consultative proposals addressing technical, operational, and financial needs.
• Position Honeywell’s metering, data management, and analytics within an integrated ecosystem.
• Manage complex buying cycles including RFPs, pilots, and long-term contracts.
• Build multi-level relationship maps for key accounts and align account plans.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, customer success, marketing, and services.
• Track success using CRM and account planning metrics beyond revenue.
