Job summary

Hygraph is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer in the US market. You will partner with engineering and content leaders, leading discovery to design tailored architectures and running Proof of Outcomes engagements.

The role is hybrid, with ~70% pre-sales and ~30% post-sales solutions architecture. You will work with AEs, CSMs, Product, and Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure outcomes from the sales cycle are achieved.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
• Strong working knowledge of GraphQL and modern web architectures (React, Next.js, Svelte, and similar).
• Experience scoping and running proofs of concept or pilots with defined, measurable success criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, design and present solution architectures tailored to each prospect's stack.
• Build and deliver demos and web front-end prototypes for prospects.
• Scope and run Proof of Outcomes engagements with clear success criteria.
• Own the technical win in late-stage deals, including security, scalability, integration, and migration questions.
• Guide post-sales architecture and hand off to onboarding with defined outcomes.
