Job summary

Legion is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to configure and demonstrate the value of Legion’s next-generation workforce management technology to prospective customers. The role focuses on pre-sales discovery, demo setup, and presenting the business value of Legion’s platform to enterprise sales teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in WFM pre-sales, experience with large global organizations, and exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Workforce Management software pre-sales.
• Experience presenting to large global organizations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to navigate complex customer environments.
• Willingness to travel for field events.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert for all Legion products.
• Support the Enterprise Sales team with discovery, demonstrations, PoC engagements, RFP responses, and business justification in a presales capacity.
• Define and present how Legion’s platform addresses critical business issues for prospects; understand their business and technical environment.
• Identify risks/gaps and remove obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
• Travel to field events as needed (meetings, conferences).
• Participate in competitive landscape and differentiation discussions.
