Job summary

the company is seeking an experienced pre-sales professional to define and direct the technical strategy for our largest Retail and CPG accounts, aligning with the AE to expand ML and AI adoption across the customer base.

You will lead the technical voice, mentor teammates, and translate data-driven opportunities into compelling demonstrations, while our hands-on team builds proofs of concept that showcase real value and impact for strategic customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in very large Retail/CPG with >$1m ARR
• 4+ years in pre-sales or supporting sales
• Technical in big data, data science, and cloud
• Ability in data-driven business transformation
• 4+ years design/implementation in big data tech (Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, OLAP) or full lifecycle data science
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java
• Nice to have: the company Certification

Responsibilities

• Work with 1-5 clients as the main technical voice
• Lead customers on a transformational journey to adopt the company
• Implement the technical strategy in the account
• Build a movement of technical champions within the account
• Align technical strategies around the company solutions
• Provide structured mentorship for other team members
