Job summary

Databricks is seeking an experienced pre-sales professional to partner with Account Executives and drive adoption of the Data + AI Platform in top Retail and CPG accounts. You will articulate value, lead technical strategy, and orchestrate proofs of concept with a cross-functional team to accelerate customer transformation.

You will be the primary technical voice for 1-5 enterprise clients, guide them through evaluation and adoption, and mentor teammates while aligning solutions with business

Qualifications

• 8+ years in very large Retail/CPG accounts.
• 4+ years in pre-sales or supporting sales activities.
• Strong background in big data, data science, and cloud.
• Experience with data-driven business transformation.
• Production programming with Python, R, Scala, or Java.

Responsibilities

• Be the main technical voice for 1-5 clients in Databricks.
• Lead customers on transformational journey implementing Databricks strategy.
• Define and implement technical strategy within accounts.
• Mentor other team members and align strategies across accounts.
