Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking a software engineer to own and extend a mature, multi-product codebase including a Java service bus, LAMP web portals, API facades, a billing/proration engine, and reporting layers. You will serve as the technical contact for carrier integrations and customers, writing production code and delivering features across products.

You will work on self-service portals, API facades, and reporting solutions, while owning the complete SIM lifecycle and provisioning workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Java, PHP, and SQL in a multi-product environment.
• Experience with reporting tools and billing/financial logic is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a Java-based service bus powering carrier provisioning and integrations.
• Develop new carrier and customer integrations and enhance existing functionality.
• Develop and support PHP, Apache, and MySQL based self-service portals and API facades.
• Maintain billing/proration logic and subscription lifecycle processes.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues including financial calculations and edge cases.
• Design and optimize SQL queries and reporting with JasperReports/iReport or similar.
