Job summary

Stellarus is seeking an extremely senior Application Architecture leader to shape reusable services and AI-driven development patterns. You will impact platform strategy, vendor integrations, and production tradeoffs, while guiding engineers who design, test, deploy, and operate complex systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent with 4+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• 12+ years in software engineering or application architecture.
• Experience directing architecture for enterprise-scale distributed systems.
• Hands-on coding familiarity with service design and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise architecture direction for platform-scale systems.
• Own build-versus-buy decisions and vendor integrations.
• Define reusable marketplace capabilities and API contracts.
• Mentor staff and principal engineers across teams.
