Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a Senior Solution Architect, Water, to guide strategic digital transformation for water utilities and engineering organizations using Bentley’s infrastructure engineering and digital twin portfolio.

You will engage executives and operational teams to translate business goals into scalable Bentley solutions, mentor leaders, and drive multi-year roadmaps across global accounts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in water infrastructure industries
• 7+ years with Bentley water solutions OpenFlows
• Experience engaging executive stakeholders and leading strategic technology discussions
• Strong knowledge of water utility business processes and digital transformation initiatives
• Excellent communications, consulting, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Represent Bentley at conferences, user groups, and executive forums
• Mentor engineers and solution architects across global teams
• Lead complex technical pursuits, business cases, and executive presentations
• Identify AI, automation, and analytics opportunities in engineering workflows
• Architect solutions connecting engineering, geospatial, operational, asset, sensor, and IoT data
