Job summary

Carollo Engineers, Inc. seeks a senior BIM/VDC Manager to lead BIM designers in delivering high-quality BIM and VDC outputs for water-sector projects. You will set standards, develop execution plans, and coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure seamless workflows.

Applicants should have deep CAD/BIM leadership experience, extensive Autodesk/Bentley software skills, and a proven track record guiding teams through complex design challenges.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field is required.
• 10–15 years’ experience in Pipeline/Mechanical/Process Engineering design.
• Proven management/supervisory experience with CAD/BIM staff.
• Strong Autodesk and Bentley software experience, plus related tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct, organize and manage BIM Designers and Technicians for BIM/VDC delivery.
• Lead corporate BIM standards and workflows across industrial and water projects.
• Develop project BIM execution plans and support project workflows.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and consultants on BIM/VDC work.
• Provide coaching to junior BIM staff and oversee performance reviews.
