Autodesk Water Customer Success is seeking a Technical Adoption Specialist to advise customers on maximizing the value of Autodesk investments and achieving measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in drainage design, stormwater and sewer modeling, flood analysis, or related water infrastructure disciplines.
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D with integration of design and hydraulic/hydrologic workflows.
• Experience with Autodesk InfoDrainage, SSA and/or Bentley StormCAD for real‑world drainage design workflows.
• Experience with Autodesk InfoWorks ICM or similar hydraulic/hydrologic modeling solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of industry workflows, engineering practices, and customer challenges in drainage, stormwater, wastewater, and flood management.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Innovate, develop, and deliver scalable, packaged service offerings that accelerate customer success and value realization.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships as a technical trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with internal account teams through regular account planning and customer success activities.
• Demonstrate thought leadership, industry knowledge, and deep product expertise to meet Customer Success Plans.
• Identify adoption barriers and expansion opportunities to increase value realized by customers.
• Leverage usage data and analytics to provide proactive recommendations and best practices.
• Develop technical learning content and enablement programs for Autodesk Water customers.
• Apply a structured problem-management approach to identify root causes and scalable improvements.
• Capture and share customer insights and best practices to improve internal knowledge.
• Travel approximately 2-4 times per year for engagements and events.
