• Providing functional product expertise during the pre-sales process, with focus on Intake and Orchestration offerings.
• Providing SME guidance to prospects and sales team on Intake and Orchestration best practices.
• Assisting solutions consultants during demonstrations and meetings as SME support.
• Training and enablement lead for the solutions consulting team on intake and orchestration knowledge.
• Collaborating with Product Management on future direction for Intake and Orchestration.
