Job summary

Coupa Software, a leader in spend management, seeks a Sr Solution Advisor, I&O in the US to drive pre-sales engagements around Intake and Orchestration. You’ll partner with sales, product, and marketing to articulate value and enable demonstrations that convert prospects into customers.

The candidate will leverage extensive SaaS knowledge, mentor teammates, and collaborate across functions while traveling up to 50% domestically.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in applications presales roles, SaaS environment.
• Subject matter expert in Intake and Orchestration.
• Knowledge of spend management challenges (Procurement, Sourcing, Analytics, Contract Management, Travel & Expense).
• Able to train and mentor others to increase knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel up to 50% domestically.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional product expertise during pre-sales, focusing on Intake and Orchestration offerings.
• Offer SME guidance to prospects and Coupa’s sales team.
• Assist solutions consultants with demos and meetings as needed.
• Lead training for solutions consulting on intake and orchestration knowledge.
• Collaborate with Product Management on future product direction for Intake and Orchestration.
• Work with demo support to keep content up to date in demo environments.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing and Proposal Management on positioning and collateral.
