Job summary

Coupa Software, Inc. is seeking a Sr Solution Advisor, I&O to provide functional product expertise during the pre-sales process, focusing on Intake and Orchestration offerings. You will support solutions consultants and collaborate with product and marketing teams to shape future offerings.

The role requires 5+ years in applications presales, SME in Intake/Orchestration, and the ability to train others. Domestic travel up to 50% is expected, with a bachelor’s degree required for consideration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in applications presales roles, especially in a SaaS environment.
• Subject matter expertise in Intake and Orchestration business challenges and solutions
• Knowledge of business spend management challenges and solutions (Procurement, Sourcing, Analytics, Contract Management, Travel & Expense)
• Ability to both excel as an individual contributor in a pre-sales role, and train/mentor others
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work in a fast paced and passionate environment
• Travel up to 50% domestically

Responsibilities

• Providing functional product expertise during the pre-sales process, with primary focus on demonstrating Coupa’s Intake and Orchestration offerings
• Providing SME guidance on Intake and Orchestration best practices for prospects and Coupa’s sales team
• Assisting solutions consultants as they prepare for demonstrations or provide SME support during meetings
• Training and enablement lead for the solutions consulting team on intake and orchestration knowledge
• Collaborating with Product Management on future direction for Intake and Orchestration
• Working with the demo support team to keep content up to date in demo environments
• Collaborating with Product Marketing and Proposal Management as an SME for market positioning, webinars and collateral
