Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr. Principal Procurement Analyst to support the SDS Division within the DS CIDO.

The Procurement Analyst will lead end-to-end procurement, including software purchasing, renewals, and reporting in a FAR/DFARS environment, collaborating with program, engineering, IT, and functional stakeholders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field plus 8+ years of Purchasing/Subcontracts/Contracts experience; OR Master's with 6+ years or PhD with 4+ years.
• Experience using MRP/ERP systems such as SAP, Costpoint, or Oracle.
• Must be willing to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret, etc.).
• Government procurement/purchasing experience with FAR/DFARS and public law/flow down requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex procurement and subcontracting actions in a FAR/DFARS environment, including strategy development, solicitations, evaluations, and negotiations.
• Oversee BOM and Material Procurement lifecycle from quote to PO; ensure timely execution in support of program schedules.
• Analyze spend, lead times, and supplier performance to identify risks, cost reduction opportunities, and process improvements.
