Qualifications

• Experience with AI-DLC products and API-first development.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance in cloud environments.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Manager Software Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This leader will own the engineering vision and technical execution for a strategic fuel and expense management initiative within a fast-moving digital environment. The role will partner closely with product and commercial stakeholders to shape priorities, strengthen delivery discipline, and ensure scalable solutions that meet customer and business needs. You will guide mobile and backend engineering efforts while improving productivity, accelerating time-to-market, and fostering a culture of innovation across the team.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $175,600 – $204,300 annually
