Job summary

Regional Finance is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead the loan application platforms and ensure reliability, compliance, and customer experience. You will own delivery, platform health, and collaboration with product management, branches, and internal clients to drive cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Master's degree a plus
• 12+ years of experience, including software engineering and 2+ years leading or managing engineering teams or application support teams
• Hands-on experience supporting production applications, including incident management, root cause analysis, and on-call operations
• Working knowledge of loan origination, servicing, or payments applications
• Strong technical foundation in modern application architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Must pass drug screen and other pre-employment screenings

Responsibilities

• Lead the teams that build, support, and run loan application platforms within the Software Engineering team
• Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS, microservices, and event-driven architectures
• Own production support, incident response, root cause analysis, and on-call operations to ensure platform reliability
• Define and manage SLOs, monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery plans for business-critical lending systems
• Collaborate with product management, operations, and internal clients to deliver cross-functional projects and integrations
