Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to join a leader in the Technical Services space. You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape financial strategy, support new product initiatives, and translate business performance into actionable recommendations.

This role will own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning while helping leadership evaluate opportunities, monitor results, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. Remote with US-based candidates only.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or corporate development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling expertise.
• Excellent analytical mindset.
• Proven ability to influence across functions.
• Strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial planning software.
• Data visualization skills to simplify complex analyses.

Responsibilities

• Establish cross-functional relationships to understand business needs and drive goals.
• Support teams with financial modeling and market insights for new products.
• Analyze financial results against forecasts and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in investor relations and evaluate strategic partnerships.
