Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 10 years of direct sales experience required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a financial institution required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and facilitate new small business and personal relationships while managing a portfolio of existing clients to achieve sales goals—deposits, lending, and fee income.
• Develop a defined strategy for engaging RBC USWM Financial Advisors for client introductions, education and follow-up.
• Manage a portfolio of existing clients and deepen relationships through cross-selling with SME relationship colleagues.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience with timely resolutions and consistent service.
• Improve banking acumen and sales practices through collaboration and training resources.
• Capture holistic client needs and provide sound financial advice using client data insights.
