Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager II to acquire small business and personal clients, deepen existing relationships, and integrate both business and personal banking needs. You will act as a trusted advisor, connecting client needs with CNB products while maintaining a disciplined sales approach.

Expected to build out a business development plan and collaborate across CNB teams to serve clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial institution.
• Must be in good standing under Safe Act and registered with NMLS or eligible for registration.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen client relationships within assigned segments.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and expand cross-sell opportunities.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide sound financial advice and connect clients with CNB products.
