Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager SR I to acquire and manage small business and personal relationships across a national geography. The role is primarily remote with some in-market collaboration, educating RBC USWM Financial Advisors on CNB capabilities and driving qualified client introductions.

Responsibilities include developing strategies with RBC advisors, expanding deposits, loans and fees, and ensuring risk and regulatory compliance while delivering top-tier client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of direct sales experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and facilitate new small business and personal relationships while managing a portfolio of existing clients to achieve sales goals (deposits, lending and fee income).
• Develop a defined strategy for engaging RBC USWM Financial Advisors and other partners for client introductions, education and follow-up.
• Manage a portfolio of existing clients and deepen relationships through cross-selling with RBC USWM Financial Advisors and SME colleagues.
• Deliver an exceptional and consistent client experience, meeting needs and resolving escalations.
