Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years direct sales experience.

• Deep knowledge of CNB’s offerings for personal and business clients.
• Strong regulatory/compliance understanding (CIP/KYC).

Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage a portfolio of small business and personal relationships to meet sales goals.
• Engage RBC USWM Financial Advisors to generate client introductions.
• Deepen client relationships through cross-selling with SME teams.
