Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager I to acquire small business and personal clients and deepen existing relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor, connecting client needs with CNB products and services, while delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience.

You will manage a portfolio, collaborate with CNB teams, and network in the community to grow deposits, loans, and fees, all while adhering to regulatory requirements and CNB policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen client relationships; generate new business and cross-sell within assigned segments.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and coordinate with CNB teams to address service needs.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience, resolving issues and maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Develop banking acumen and leverage internal resources for client solutions.
• Proactively network and represent CNB in community and industry activities.
