Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager to support sponsor-dedicated programs in the US, including remote roles. You will develop budgets, negotiate clinical trial agreements, and manage risk for multi-site pharma and vaccine studies, with oncology experience preferred.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, drive timelines, and mentor junior staff to ensure compliant, high-quality contracting outcomes across therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV)
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Template Development: Build US site budget templates and study-specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine clinical trials.
• Contract Negotiation & Risk Management: Lead direct negotiations with large academic institutions and other stakeholders; draft/finalize CTAs with protections.
• Project Leadership & Delivery: Manage multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas; escalate risks and delays.
• Tools, Systems & Communication: Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and CTMS; maintain trackers and communicate updates.
• Compliance, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Deepen knowledge of GCP; train team; drive process improvements and adapt to new technologies.
• Preferred Qualifications: Oncology experience; pharma/CRO/site experience; cross-functional leadership
