This role emphasizes strong negotiation, project leadership and cross‑functional coordination, with remote US-based work and opportunity for impact across pharma and vaccine trials.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines and site milestones.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting: build US site budgets and study‑specific language for trials.
• Contract negotiation: lead negotiations with academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Risk management: draft/finalize CTAs balancing objectives with protections.
• Project leadership: manage multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas.
• Tools & communication: excel proficiency and timely updates in trackers.
• Compliance & improvement: maintain GCP knowledge and drive process improvements.
