Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager to support sponsor-dedicated programs in the US, with remote-work options.

You will develop US site budgets and trial agreement language, lead direct negotiations with academic institutions, and manage multiple contracting projects across oncology and other therapeutic areas.

The role requires strong project management, risk assessment, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure compliant, timely CTA execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop US site budgets and language for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Lead contract negotiations with academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Manage multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas (oncology preferred).
• Ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, and sponsor processes; communicate updates to stakeholders.
