Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager to lead budgeting, negotiation, and management of US site contracts for sponsor-dedicated Pharma and Vaccine studies, including oncology programs. The role collaborates with internal teams and external academic partners to ensure compliant, efficient trial executions.

You'll develop templates, oversee risk, and drive multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas while maintaining timelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and siterelated milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Build US site budgets and study-specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine clinical trials.
• Lead direct negotiations with large academic institutions and other critical stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements that balance business objectives with legal and operational protections.
• Prioritize and lead multiple contracting projects across several therapeutic areas (oncology experience strongly preferred).
• Demonstrate expert proficiency in Excel and CTMS; maintain trackers and communicate updates.
