Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager to support sponsor-dedicated Pharma & Vaccine studies in a remote US-based role. You will develop budgets, negotiate CTAs, manage risk, and lead multiple contracting projects across oncology and other therapeutic areas.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of budgeting and contract experience, direct negotiations with large academic institutions, and strong program management skills. A bachelor's degree is required.

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).

Aufgaben

• Build US site budget templates and study-specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine clinical trials.
• Lead direct negotiations with large academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements balancing business objectives with protections.
• Conduct due diligence checks (FMV and site justification) when offers are declined.
• Prioritize and lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas (oncology preferred).
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and CTMS; maintain trackers and updates.
