Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager to support sponsor-dedicated studies in a remote, US-based role. You will develop budgets, negotiate CTAs, and manage site agreements, partnering with academic institutions to balance business goals with compliance and risk controls.

In this role you will lead complex contracting projects across oncology and other therapeutic areas, leverage Excel and CTMS systems, and drive process improvements while ensuring timelines and milestones are

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and siterelated milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Template Development: Build US site budget templates and studyspecific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine clinical trials.
• Contract Negotiation & Risk Management: Lead direct negotiations with large academic institutions and other critical stakeholders; draft and finalize clinical trial agreements; conduct due diligence checks like FMV assessments.
• Project Leadership & Delivery: Prioritize and lead multiple contracting projects across several therapeutic areas (oncology experience preferred).
• Tools, Systems & Communication: Demonstrate expert proficiency in Excel and clinical trial management systems; communicate effectively; maintain trackers and databases.
• Compliance, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Deepen knowledge of GCP, SOPs, build relationships, train teammates, contribute to process improvements.
