You will develop budgets, negotiate CTAs with major academic institutions, and lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas including oncology. Strong Excel/CTMS skills and GCP knowledge are essential.

The role emphasizes risk management, timely delivery, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliant, efficient trial execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Template Development: Build US site budget templates and study-specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine trials; refine templates for consistency and compliance.
• Contract Negotiation & Risk Management: Lead direct negotiations with large academic institutions; draft and finalize CTAs balancing business, legal and operational protections.
• Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas; proactively elevate risks and timeline impacts.
• Tools, Systems & Communication: Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and CTMS; communicate effectively and keep trackers up to date.
• Compliance, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Maintain knowledge of GCP, sponsor processes, SOPs; train team members and drive process improvements.
