Job summary

Syneos Health, a leading life sciences services organization, is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager for sponsor-dedicated, US-based studies with remote options. You will develop and negotiate US site budgets and clinical trial agreements, collaborating with major academic institutions to balance business needs with risk and compliance.

You will lead multiple contracts across therapeutic areas (oncology preferred), drive timelines, and provide mentorship to team members, using Excel and CTMS

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & template development for US site budgets and study language.
• Contract negotiation & risk management with academic institutions and stakeholders.
• Project leadership across multiple contracting projects and therapeutic areas.
• Proficiency in Excel and clinical trial management systems; maintain trackers and updates.
• Compliance, collaboration, and continuous improvement within sponsor processes and SOPs.
