Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager for a sponsor-dedicated program focused on high-impact Pharma & Vaccine studies. This remote-US role drives budgeting, template development, and complex contract negotiations with major academic partners to enable efficient trial execution.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in budgets/contracts, strong project management, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. Oncology experience is a plus; remote work is supported from US bases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Strong project management skills and comfort leading crossfunctional efforts.

Responsabilités

• Budgeting & template development for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Lead contract negotiations with academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Manage multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and trial management systems in daily work.
• Maintain trackers and ensure timely, accurate updates.
