You will partner with academic institutions and internal teams to balance business goals with patient-centric protections.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of budgeting and contract experience, strong negotiation and project leadership skills, and a solid understanding of clinical study protocols and milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years budgeting and contracting experience.
• Experience negotiating with large academic institutions.

Responsibilities

• Build US site budget templates and study-specific language for trials.
• Lead negotiations with academic institutions and stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements with protections.
• Conduct due diligence and escalate when needed.
• Lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas.
• Maintain trackers and communicate updates effectively.
