Job summary
Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager to lead budgeting, template development, and high-stakes contract negotiations for sponsor-dedicated Pharma & Vaccine studies across the US.
You will partner with internal teams, academic sites, and investigators to ensure compliant, timely contracts and robust risk management. The role emphasizes oncology experience, cross-functional leadership, and a proactive approach to process improvement within a remote-friendly US-based
Qualifications
- 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
- Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
- Bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities
- Budgeting and template development for US site trials.
- Lead contract negotiations with academic institutions and other stakeholders.
- Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements balancing business objectives with protections.
- Prioritize and lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas (oncology preferred).
- Maintain updates in trackers and databases; ensure compliance with GCP and SOPs.
