Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a Senior Site Contracts Manager for a sponsor-dedicated program focused on high-impact Pharma & Vaccine studies. You will develop US site budgets, negotiate and finalize clinical trial agreements, and partner with academic institutions to balance business needs with risk control.

This remote position requires strong communication, project leadership, and proficiency with Excel and CTMS. Oncology experience is strongly preferred to drive cross-functional study success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities and lead projects.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site milestones.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & template development for US site budgets and CTAs.
• Lead direct negotiations with academic institutions and stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements with protections.
• Manage multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas (oncology preferred).
• Maintain trackers and communicate updates to the team.
