Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager to support sponsor-dedicated programs in a remote US-based role. You will develop budgets, negotiate with major institutions, and draft CTAs while managing risk and timelines across multiple therapeutic areas, with oncology experience strongly preferred.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliant, efficient contracting processes and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & template development for US Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Lead direct negotiations with academic institutions and stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements balancing business objectives with protections.
• Conduct due diligence checks (FMV assessments, site justification) when offers are declined.
• Manage multiple contracting projects across several therapeutic areas (oncology preferred).
• Maintain updates in trackers and communicate progress to stakeholders.
