Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Site Activation Manager II for a remote role open to US-based candidates. You will lead study start-up and site activation, coordinating sponsors, sites and cross-functional teams to meet timelines and budgets.

You’ll mitigate risks, mentor peers, and shape best practices in site activation. Requirements include a bachelor’s in a health/science field or equivalent plus 7+ years in CRO/pharma, strong leadership, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical/biological/health/science or related field or equivalent.
• Minimum seven years of CRO/pharma start-up/clinical research experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and relevant regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead study start-up and site activation across projects.
• Act as primary contact for site activation deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet critical path milestones.
• Identify risks, implement mitigations, and escalate issues as needed.
