Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Site Activation Manager II for a remote position. You will lead start-up and activation activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining regulatory compliance across global projects.

With 7+ years in CRO/pharma, you will mentor colleagues, drive process improvements, and partner with sponsors to deliver high-quality clinical research programs that improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical, medical biological, physical, health, pharmacy, or related scientific field; or a two-year degree plus four years of clinical research experience.
• Minimum seven years of CRO or pharmaceutical industry experience in start-up, project management, site management, or related functions.
• Strong leadership, project management, planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Thorough understanding of clinical trial start-up, site activation processes, and overall project planning.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and applicable FDA/EU and national regulations.
• Proven ability to collaborate across global teams and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee study start-up and site activation activities across assigned projects.
• Serve as the primary contact for site activation deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget completion of critical path activities.
• Monitor site identification, essential document collection, regulatory submissions, and contract progression.
• Assess risks, develop mitigations, and escalate issues to support on-time delivery.
• Track activation metrics, milestones, and project status for sponsors and stakeholders.
• Develop site activation plans with project teams and align scope and budgets with study requirements.
• Contribute to proposals, budgets, bid defenses, and business development related to site activation.
• Coach and mentor Site Activation Managers and support process improvements.
