Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across IT service management and platform capabilities. You will implement custom applications, workflows, UI components, and integrations while partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions for ITSM and platform capabilities.
• Develop and enhance custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable improvements.
• Support platform administration: incident resolution, problem analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
