GovCIO is recruiting a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain mission-critical applications for HUD. This remote role emphasizes rapid delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions, secure configurations, and alignment with federal IT governance.

The ideal candidate will lead SDLC processes using Agile/DevSecOps, integrate with external systems, and ensure HUD cybersecurity alignment while producing thorough technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience building and configuring ServiceNow apps for federal civilian agencies.
• Ability to execute the SDLC using Agile/DevSecOps within HUD governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of HUD cybersecurity requirements, DHS/OMB directives, and data-protection policies.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems and APIs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and configure applications within the ServiceNow platform using App Engine, Flow Designer, and UI Builder.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure applications for HUD and federal environments.
• Lead full SDLC processes with Agile, DevSecOps, Lean, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Troubleshoot integrations, MID Server, deployments, and defects while minimizing technical debt.
• Maintain documentation including Software Product Documentation and Update Set logs.
• Support modernization and migration of legacy workflows and platform governance.
