IVID TEK INC seeks a Lead ServiceNow Consultant to drive enterprise architecture, TRM/TPM enhancements, and automation across complex environments. You will architect migrations, govern approvals, and implement integrations with security and ITOM tooling.

The role emphasizes leadership in discovery sessions, adherence to OOTB best practices, and scalable ServiceNow designs for large federal-style deployments. Remote work with contract-based engagements is expected.

Competenze

Experience with ServiceNow and enterprise architecture in large deployments.
Strong knowledge of ITOM Service Mapping and SBOM integration.
Experience integrating security tools such as Tenable.
Familiarity with federal enterprise environments and governance requirements.

Mansioni

Lead design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow EA/APM solutions.
Architect and migrate legacy TS processes into ServiceNow with data modeling and integrations.
Design governance workflows covering multiple approvals across orgs.
Enhance TRM capabilities including lifecycle management and environment approvals.
Implement TPM capabilities and integrations with SAM Pro, HAM Pro, ITOM Service Mapping.
Develop enterprise integrations using REST, Flow Designer, JavaScript; integrate Samplify, Tenable, SBOM tools.
Design CMDB/CSDM data models, environment mappings, and configuration management processes.
Configure automated workflows, SLA monitoring, aging detection, and dashboards.
Support SBOM integration, vulnerability management, and compliance automation.
Lead discovery sessions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
