Job summary

Cloud Software Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Principal Security Technology Strategist to drive secure access strategies for Americas customers. You will guide problem discovery through solution development, partnering with account teams and the Security Business Unit to expand security DNA across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, sales engineering, or consulting in cybersecurity.
• 10+ years designing or delivering enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Familiarity with application security, browser security, IAM, and ZTNA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across audiences.
• Ability to travel to customer sites, offices and events.

Responsibilities

• Discuss security concerns and solutions clearly for audiences from CISO to hands-on practitioners.
• Provide security-focused guidance and strategy to sales teams.
• Assess how Citrix security solutions meet customer needs and constraints.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely or on-site.
• Design multi-product proof-of-concept solutions for customer evaluations.
• Guide customers through adoption and expansion with secure architectures.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
• Stay current on security trends to inform customers and product requirements.
• Build formal relationships with key customer decision-makers.
• Contribute to broader technical sales teams with Citrix security solutions.
