Job summary

The Center for Orthopedic and Research is seeking an experienced SOC Engineer to strengthen security operations across 24x7 environments. You will partner with IT, DevOps, and business units to implement security controls and automation, while integrating threat intelligence for proactive defense.

Responsibilities include building security frameworks, incident response support, and ensuring compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in engineering enterprise IT platforms.
• 4-6 years in security engineering, SOC, or security automation.
• Experience with SIEM platforms, threat hunting, and EDR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and enhance SOC capabilities in 24x7 environments.
• Develop security frameworks and processes for multi-tenant client environments.
• Deploy and maintain enterprise security solutions to minimize risk.
• Refine incident detection, investigation, and response with SOC analysts.
• Integrate threat intelligence feeds to improve proactive defense.
• Ensure controls comply with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2 and similar standards.
