Job summary

Workstreet invites an experienced SOC Manager to lead a 24x7 Security Operations Center. You will oversee a team of 10+ analysts, build coverage across shifts, and coach staff to improve detections and incident response.

You’ll liaise with clients on service delivery and drive continuous improvement in tooling and playbooks. You bring 7+ years in security operations, 3+ years in SOC leadership, and hands-on expertise with EDR, SIEM, IPS, and WAF.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in security operations with hands-on experience across SOC.
• 3+ years managing a SOC team or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience running a 24x7 SOC with coverage, quality, and morale.
• Ability to review investigations and guide detection tuning.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a 10+ SOC analysts team with clear goals.
• Own 24x7 shift scheduling and coverage across nights and weekends.
• Oversee SOC operations including EDR, SIEM, firewall, IPS, and WAF.
• Deliver client-facing SOC performance reviews and improvements.
