Job summary

Outsource Access is seeking a SOC/NOC Security & Network Operations Analyst to triage security and network events from a remote setup. You will own incident response, manage firewalls, and oversee end-to-end lifecycle management of network devices.

You will collaborate with CISO and Compliance leadership to align with SOC 2, HIPAA, and NIST frameworks while maintaining SLA-focused operations and detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a SOC/NOC or MSP/MSSP environment with incident response experience.
• Hands-on with firewalls, SIEM/EDR and network lifecycle management.
• Strong documentation and SLA-focused ticket handling.

Responsibilities

• Triage and own SOC/NOC boards; respond to security incidents and alerts.
• Lead patch/firmware management using ConnectWise and network consoles.
• Tune automated alerting rules across cloud and RMM environments.
• Audit client environments against SOC 2, HIPAA, and NIST standards.
